WHAT DO WE NEED TO FOLLOW A BALANCED DIET?


INTRODUCTION:            
A balanced diet is that made up the food that provide in an adequate amount of all and each nutrient we need for, optimal health.

The first, component is providing energy and is called macronutrients, which are divided into carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
The second component consists of vitamins and minerals; these are needed in much smaller amounts and therefore are called micronutrients.



Actually, junk food is not made with scrap. The term "junk food" is used to describe foods with small amounts of nutrients which the body does not need juchas, sugar and salt, elements that the body can get too much easily. Potato chips, candy and carbonated drinks are often considered junk food. If you like there kens of food, the key is to eat, small portions.

Skipping meals makes you lose weight faster. Skipping meals causes your body to be prepared before a "dry period" and therefore it tends to accumulate fa t to survive.

IN CONCLUSION:
   
We must keep  healthy daily  healthy drinking least eight glasses of water,  lots of vegetables , and  lots of fruit,  protein ,   and dairy provinals , low fat and sometimes sweet.

My ideal trip

A place I would like to visit is the Galapagos Islands.
and  I would like to travel by plane to observe the islands with My family because I still live with them.

I would not leave them because funny activities are performed in family. 

Also I would like to visit Isabela Island by a tour. I would recommend  ir to brothers and relatives to do this nice trip . Do not lose the opportunity of enyoying this place.

Other recommendations would be to carry water or things to eat because the food is expensive there.

Unexpected trips are marvellous without planning in order to have anecdotes and fabulous memories.
